I started this firm on a single conviction: that careful work and fast work are not opposites. Very little of what makes a legal matter drag has to do with the law — it is disorganization, and the client is the one who pays for it in waiting. So I built the practice around process. The care is in the attention. The speed comes from the system.

I came to this work through a firm that did nothing but federal disability retirement, and then through a boutique litigation practice. Both are in what I do now. Much of my work is federal and administrative — disability retirement before the Office of Personnel Management, and immigration petitions through USCIS — and the courtroom advocacy sits behind every document I draft, whether or not the matter ever sees a judge. In Tennessee and Kentucky I handle First Amendment and defamation suits, contract disputes, trademark infringement, and the day-to-day questions business owners run into.

I am a first-generation immigrant. I know what it is to have your future sitting inside a government file, waiting on a decision you cannot influence — part of why immigration remains central to this practice.
